Service & Repair
First Klas Packaging's highly trained service technicians will travel to your location, analyze the issue with your machine, and if possible, fix the problem on-site immediately. If an immediate solution is not available, our technicians will provide a detailed analysis along with their recommendations for a swift, reliable repair, while reducing your production down-time.
A purchase order is required for the minimum amount at the time of initial service work. Work is based on a normal eight (8) hour day, with a minimum charge of two (2) hours. Overtime, including weekends and holidays and any time over 8 hours will be charged at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.

Reconditioned Valve Bag Fillers
No one in the industry takes more pride in reconditioning valve bag packaging equipment than First Klas Packaging. Every machine is completely disassembled, sandblasted, repaired and repainted. Your rebuild will have new hoses and new or rebuilt pneumatic cylinders and control valves, and electrical controls will be reworked or replaced depending on their condition.
Service Calls & Maintenance
We not only conduct service calls when you have a problem with your machine, but we also offer service calls for maintenance purposes on your machines. These maintenance calls are conducted at our customers’ convenience and can be scheduled on a semi-annual or annual basis. Pricing for maintenance calls is also available upon request.
